| Activation Policy | The user needs to specify the date of activation. The QR-Code for the eSIM Profile will be generated and delivered via email on that date. The bundle is automatically enabled when the QR-Code is generate and valid for 30 days, including the day of activation. |
| Fair Use Policy [FUP] | Making calls and sending texts within Europe Zones 1 & 2 and back to the UK are included in the bundle. For RoC destinations, making calls and sending texts within country or back to UK are included in the bundle. All inbound calls and texts received on the +44 UK number are included in the bundle. Making calls and sending texts outside the visited country are not allowed. Connecting to a cellular network outside the supported countries is not allowed. Making calls and sending texts to premium, shared-costs, short code or freephone numbers is not allowed. Calls and text of any kind that are beyond the normal use of a regular consumer, are not allowed. e.g. but not limited to call centers, robo-calls, loops etc. Breaking the FUP will lead to immediate and permanent deactivation of the eSIM. |
